Governance

1st Blofield & Brundall Sea Scouts is a registered charity and is run in accordance with the Policy, Organisation and Rules (POR) of the Scout Association.


Group Structure

The group is led by the Group Lead Volunteer (GLV), supported by Section Team Leaders across Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, and Explorer Scouts. A Group Executive Committee provides governance, financial oversight, and strategic support.
