OSM — Online Scout Manager
We use Online Scout Manager (OSM) to manage member records, programme planning, badge tracking, and communications. Parents can access the parent portal to:
- View upcoming programme events
- Give consent for trips and activities
- Update your child’s personal and medical details
- Track badge progress
Uniform
Each section has its own uniform. Details of what is needed and where to buy it will be provided when your child joins. The group necker is gold.
Subscriptions
Subs are collected each term via OSM. Current rates are:

Gift Aid
If you are a UK taxpayer, please sign up for Gift Aid when registering. This allows us to claim an extra 25p for every £1 of membership subs at no cost to you, and makes a real difference to what we can offer.
Safeguarding
The safety and wellbeing of our members is our highest priority. All adult volunteers hold current DBS checks and are trained in Scouts’ safeguarding policies.
